Do I have to supply cleaning products and equipment?
Simply; no. We supply everything required to carry out the services you’ve requested.
Will I have a regular cleaner or will my cleaner change every time?
We try match you with a cleaner who can come to you on a recurring basis. Whenever possible, you will have your regular cleaner for every visit.
Are there any areas or fixtures you can’t clean?
No. We offer a complete service; whatever your requirements may be, we’ll ensure to deliver.
Do you vet your cleaners?
Yes; we do background checks on all our cleaners and interview them in person before bringing them on board.
Do I need to be at home when my cleaner visits?
No. We can arrange a safe and convenient key collection process. All our cleaners go through background checks and vetting, so you can trust them to clean your home while you are out.
How many hours would I need to book?
Our minimum cleaning session length is 2 hours. A rough guide here would be as follows: a 1 bed and 1 bath flat would usually take 2 hours, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms would take 3 hours, etc. The length of the session would also depend on if there are any extras you’ve requested. When you call or email to book, we’ll discuss your requirements and let you know a recommended session length.
Am I tied into any sort of contract?
No. Our service is completely flexible. We structure our services according to your requirements, whether this be a one-off clean, weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.
Do you have insurance cover?
Yes, we have public liability insurance cover.
